DriveEzMD Customer Survey Scam Alert

DriveEzMD is currently conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey to better understand our customers’ experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.

We are aware of a fraudulent version of the survey being circulated that offers gift cards for completing the survey. DriveEzMD is not offering gift cards or any other incentives for completing the Customer Satisfaction Survey.

If you receive a survey offering a gift card, please do not provide any personal or payment information. This survey is not affiliated with DriveEzMD.

To report a fraudulent or suspicious email:
If you received a fraudulent survey email, you may report it to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at www.ic3.gov. When submitting a report, include as much information as possible about the email, including the sender’s information, website or links included in the message, and details about the interaction.
